“I Heart Desserts” Photo Challenge

Maple & Pecan Banana Cake
The photo challenge over at  Faces this week is “I Heart Desserts”.
My entry: Maple & Pecan Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. This cake was moist and flavorful and rose beautifully in the oven. It is a wonderful way to use up over-ripe bananas when you just don’t feel like making banana bread again.
To get the recipe, head over to my cooking blog.
